A yard that's gone a few weeks (or longer) without any cleanup takes more time to clear than a normal visit, so that first cleanup is priced separately based on how much there is to deal with. Once it's caught up, your regular weekly rate kicks in and it's a quick visit from then on.
For bigger lots, yes — it just takes longer to walk and check everything properly. We'll ask about your yard size on the phone so you get an honest number up front instead of a surprise later.
Whatever your dog actually uses. Most people here only let their dog out back, so that's usually all we touch — but if your dog's in the front yard too, we'll cover that at no extra charge. Just tell us what applies to you.
